Hello, we are the Frakers! Our family consists of Logan, Ashley, our kids Analynn & Leighton, and, of course, the dogs!  Plum Hollow Border Collies is our family owned and operated kennel, located on our farm in Fort Littleton in the heart of PA.

Here at PHBC, we are passionate about raising healthy, happy, top quality Border Collies for any home. We know that individual love, attention and socialization make for great dogs. Nothing brings us more joy than working with our dogs and puppies on the family farm. Daily interactions are prioritized from day one creating social, friendly, and highly trainable puppies!
